 HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMMIT EACH WEEK?

I don’t believe you have to live in the gym to be healthy. Simply replace your meals with the healthy, plant-based options I’ve included and follow along with a few workouts every week!

 WHAT EXPERIENCE LEVEL DO I NEED?

Any experience level is fine! Every exercise is adjustable, or easy to work up to!

 DO I NEED ACCESS TO GYM EQUIPMENT?
